Mo Halawi, MD, is the Chief of Hip and Knee Reconstructive Surgery at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. He is a strong believer in patient-centered surgery, utilizing a variety of surgical approaches, implants, and evidence-based pathways to optimize the outcomes for each patient. He is skilled in minimally invasive, robotic, and rapid recovery techniques, and has been a pioneer in same-day and opioid-free joint replacement. A board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Halawi has authored over 100 peer reviewed articles, book chapters, and other publications. He has lectured both nationally and internationally on advanced techniques in joint replacement.
