What to expect at your appointment:
During your New Patient appointment for hearing loss, you will be seen by Dr. Choi for an ear examination. During the exam, the provider will cleanout any ear wax impaction and make sure that there is no ear infection is present.
Upon clearance of the ear exam, staff will escort you to a sound-treated hearing booth to perform the hearing test. Next, you will return to your exam room to obtain the results of the hearing test. If hearing aids are recommended, we will schedule a consultation. At the consult, you will be able to discuss hearing aid options, levels of cutting edge hearing aid technology, pricing, and insurance coverage, if any.
