Jary Ganske, President

Jary Ganske

Jary Ganske serves Methodist Health System as president for Methodist Midlothian Medical Center. A healthcare leader with more than 30 years of senior management experience, he has demonstrated expertise in the areas of financial management, operations, leadership, physician relations, productivity, capital and growth planning, and operating budget.

A native of Waco, Texas, he is a proud graduate of Baylor University and a Certified Public Accountant. Jary served as Methodist Mansfield’s Finance Officer and Compliance Officer, filling a number of operational roles during the rapid expansion of the facility. He also served as interim president at Methodist Mansfield. Being deeply involved in the multi-year planning process for Methodist Midlothian Medical Center, he is proud to have the opportunity to lead the team as it expands healthcare services into Ellis County.

Prior to joining Methodist Health System in 2012, Jary served as Vice President of Texas Health Physicians Group, part of Texas Health Resources, and was also the President/CEO of the WRS Group of Companies for 15 years, a recognized international leader in medical products. His professional experience leading multiple healthcare entities includes positions as Senior Vice President, Vice President of Marketing and Development, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and President, as well as Chief Executive Officer.

Jary has been married for 42 years to his wife, Shirley, and has three children and four grandchildren. They reside in Midlothian and have been active in the community.

Jeremy Taylor, Chief Nursing Officer & Vice President of Nursing

Jeremy Taylor, MHA, BSN, RN, TCRN is Vice President of Nursing / Chief Nursing Officer for Methodist Midlothian Medical Center.

Born at Methodist Dallas Jeremy was raised in Ellis County and graduated from Waxahachie High School. He has been a registered nurse for nearly 20 years and brings a wealth of clinical experience and energy to the hospital.

Before joining the Midlothian team in 2020, Jeremy served as Director of Methodist Mansfield’s emergency department for three years and led the department to numerous patient success goals. Prior to joining Methodist in 2016, Jeremy was the Trauma Program Manager at Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas and also worked at Parkland Health & Hospital System, holding various roles within the trauma program.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has received the D Magazine Excellence in Nursing Award and Ellis County Healthcare Hero award, and has been recognized as a Dallas/Fort Worth “Great 100” nurse.

Jeremy has been married for 19 years to his wife, Amy, and has two children and resides in Mansfield.
