About Michael E. Schwartz, DO
Michael E. Schwartz, DO, FACG, holds a board certification in Gastroenterology. With 30 years of practice experience, he specializes in treating digestive disorders, including diverticular disease, gallbladder disease, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
He received his Medical Degree from Nova Southeastern University: College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, Florida. Dr. Schwartz completed a residency in internal medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He then completed a gastroenterology fellowship at the same university.
Dr. Schwartz was born in Philadelphia, PA, and grew up in Miami, FL. He now calls Texas home with his family and their horses.
